A brand-new teaser has arrived for Wicked: For Good, the highly anticipated second part to 2024’s smash hit Wicked. The sequel arrives in theaters on November 21, 2025, adapting the second act of the Broadway musical of the same name, which was inspired by the novel by Gregory Maguire that reinvented the backstory of the Wicked Witch of the West.
Again starring Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba and Ariana Grande as Glinda the Good Witch, the upcoming Wicked: For Good will see the two witches driven further apart by Oz’s heightening conflict. The end of the 2024 movie saw Elphaba asking for Glinda to join her, only for Glinda to choose to stand alongside the establishment of Oz.
A new teaser for the movie has premiered on the official Wicked: For Good YouTube channel. The teaser follows Glinda going about her daily life and centers on the use of the word “good,” including a moment where she is checking the work of her fellow Shiz students.
